Our Care Services

How Does Annix Care Work?

A large part of what we do is by referral, taking those referrals from the council and/or private clients. We then get in touch with you to arrange a time and date to suit you with the aim of introducing ourselves. We will talk about our business in more detail, and how we can help address your care support needs.

Once those introductory talks have been concluded and agreement has been provided by you to use our services, a care plan and risk assessment are completed, so that your designed care completely meets your ongoing needs. We then match you up with a carer(s) who we think would match closely with you in suitability/personality, who will facilitate your care.

All carers would be made aware of your care needs, so you won't need to constantly explain what is to be done, to provide your care. And, as we are a small dedicated team you won't be having lots of different carers every day!

We believe in quality not quantity and we do not take on work that we are unable to fulfil, and so, maintain an increasing quality of care, borne out by our 'Good' standing with the CQC*

Our Services

Companionship

If it is just companionship you required this is a service we can provide, Staff can sit with you, we can have planned activities in place within your home or in the local area.

Short Term Home Care

If it is short term care which you require, we are able to provide this service. You may only need this service for a short while until you get back on your feet.

End-of-Life Care

If it is just companionship you require this is a service we can provide. Staff can sit with you, and/or we can have planned activities in place within your home or in the local area.

Personal Care

We provide personal care to most of the individuals we currently care for. All your needs and preferences would be identified and detailed within your care plan, which would be updated on a regular basis if your needs are changing, this will enable us to ensure that your needs are met at all times.

Long Term Home Care

This service can be provided as long as you need us, which could be anything from providing personal care, a shopping service, a cleaning service and/or outings.

Dementia Care

We provide a service for those who may be suffering from Dementia. We will work closely with your family and other professionals to ensure all needs are met according to your individual requirements.

24 Hours Care

If an individual needs 24-hour service, this can also be provided. Staff would be on a rota basis and hand over on each change of shift.
